Livingston Manor Free Library is hosting poet and Professor Emeritus of mathematics, Marty Lewinter on Monday, April 29 at 6pm. Books will be available for purchase! Please call (845) 439-5440 to signup.

Marty Lewinter is a Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at Purchase College (SUNY). He has a PhD in math and an MFA in music. His hobbies include classical and pop guitar, composing classical music and poetry, karate and krave maga, and humor which he uses to bolster his teaching effectiveness and writing style.
Livingston Manor Free Library is having a Cinco de Mayo 5K run on Sunday, May 5 at 1pm. Registration starts at 12 noon. You can pre-register at the library or by filling out the form here, before April 23rd.

It’s never too early to start thinking of the Trout Parade! And the Livingston Manor Free Library is having its Services Auction again this year during the parade, Saturday June 8th. If you have a service you would like to donate – be it a batch of cookies, a ukulele lesson or mowing a neighbor’s lawn, come in and fill one out!
